Kelly Kreider, LMSW

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, Child Therapist, and homeschooling mother of four through both birth and adoption. Over my decade of experience, I have supported families globally—including a year teaching parenting in Zambia—discovering how deeply a child’s wellbeing is tied to their environment. I understand the desire to provide the best for children, even when parents feel lost. Through Lovingly Rooted Parent Coaching, I use a holistic, attachment-focused approach to help families build secure, loving homes where parents lead with confidence.

Private 1-on-1 Coaching

This is for those stuck in exhausting patterns who desire longer term direct personalized guidance over generic advice.

Kelly begins with a 90-minute intake to understand the child, family rhythms, and primary challenges, followed by 30-minute coaching calls for ongoing support while applying new tools.

The initial session is a $150 investment in family peace, and each follow-up is $50.

Homeschooling Mentorship

This is for families who feel called to homeschool but are unsure where to start.

This package starts with a 90-minute brainstorming session to hear the family's vision and clarify goals. Kelly then provides recommendations on curriculum, helps navigate paperwork, and helps set family routines. Three monthly 30-minute sessions follow to support the family throughout the first quarter of homeschooling.

This comprehensive mentorship is an $800 investment in a peaceful home school transition.

Gentle Sleep Guidance

This service is designed for parents of infants from 4 weeks old, or older children struggling with bedtime or night wakings, providing a secure path to rest for the whole household.

Kelly begins this supportive process with a 60-minute initial session to listen to the family's current sleep challenges and specific goals. Following this, she develops a personalized sleep schedule and detailed recommendations tailored to the home. To ensure success, the package includes two 30-minute follow-ups to check in, refine the plan, and address any new questions.

The investment for this restorative sleep support is $500.

Intensive Home Visit

This is for families who have tried everything and want her help to reset their home atmosphere.

Kelly visits the home for 3 hours to observe family dynamics and pain points in real-time. She then provides a written, personalized assessment with specific recommendations and monthly virtual follow-ups for 4 months.

This premium package is a $1,000 investment in long-term connection.

Therapy vs Coaching

Kelly recognizes that choosing the right path for a family can be difficult. Here, she explains the distinction between parent coaching and psychotherapy so parents can select the best fit.

Child Therapy

Psychotherapy focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. It occurs within a licensed practice, may involve billing insurance, and centers on clinical treatment for the child or family unit.

Parent Coaching

Coaching at Lovingly Rooted does not diagnose, treat illness, or bill insurance. Kelly offers education and skills to help parents respond to their children through routines and connection. It is a practical service designed for grounding rather than medical care.

This business is entirely separate from her psychotherapy practice and is not associated with the clinical office where she sees therapy clients.
